Testing Exim4 Configuration

In trying to figure out why my configuration for exim4 wasn't using, I discovered that in order to be able to see the output of debug_print you need to stop the service for exim4 and then run it from the command prompt.
# service exim4 stop
# /usr/sbin/exim4 -bd -d+all -q30m
